Cancelling 7 or more days ahead
100% refund of the deposit paid.
Cancelling between 48 hours and 7 days
50% refund of the deposit paid.
Cancelling under 48 hours
No deposit refund.
If we cancel
Due to weather, port closure or operations: 100% refund or a free date change — your choice.
How to cancel
From 'Find my booking' with your email and code, or by messaging us on WhatsApp. Refunds reach your card within 5-10 business days.
