- Cancelling 7 or more days ahead
- 100% refund of the deposit paid.
- Cancelling between 48 hours and 7 days
- 50% refund of the deposit paid.
- Cancelling under 48 hours
- No deposit refund.
- If we cancel
- Due to weather, port closure or operations: 100% refund or a free date change — your choice.
- How to cancel
- From 'Find my booking' with your email and code, or by messaging us on WhatsApp. Refunds reach your card within 5-10 business days.
